Harvesting

The harvesting of our products is done by hand, which fulfils three 3 goals: firstly, that the goods are not damaged by mechanical equipment; secondly: that they are without spoiled leaves, and thirdly, that the first selection for the highest product quality is done directly in the field, for a superior quality product.

Our firm, equipped with the latest generation of agricultural machinery, does all its cultivation in full autonomy, from preparation of the soil to direct sowing in the field, in full and absolute respect for good agricultural practice regulations, in compliance with the GLOBALGAP and QS European models. Every single plot of land is controlled through cultivation data sheets, which are attended to and updated by qualified personnel.
