The warehouse

We have a warehouse of approximately 3,000 m² where we process the spinach with the greatest care, being particularly careful not to interrupt the cold chain. The freshly harvested product arrives at the plant within an hour, where it is immediately stocked in the “raw” cold room. It is then taken from here to be assigned either for processing in bunches or for fourth range processing. The packaged product is once more placed in a special cold room for finished products, and finally loaded through the load cell, also at a controlled temperature, exclusively onto trucks fitted with isothermal trailers, to be sent to the main national and European markets.
