300 G Fresh Spinach 350 G Milk 100 G Semolina Butter Grated Grana Parmesan Cheese 1 Egg Olive Oil 2 Cloves Of Garlic 350 G Tomato Purée Basil Salt
preparation:
Boil the spinach, mix it in a frying pan with some butter and 1 clove of garlic and mince it. Boil the milk, add salt, pour on the semolina and cook for 12 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the spinach, the egg, 2 large handfuls of cheese and make it into little balls. Brown the garlic with the oil, add the tomato, the minced basil and cook for 10 minutes. Boil the gnocchetti and dress them with the sauce and cheese according to taste.
